hi mahe we can build bulk mailer as per your requirement whether it is in .NET, PHP Or JAVA. We are already using our own bulk mailers build in .NET & Other in JAVA. From This Bulk Mailer you can easliy upload your excelsheet, csv..etc file and our bulk mailer will fetch that email from that excelsheet or csv file and will send mail to those email ids. You can send mail in text format or html file format. Currently we are using bulk mailer for our tender portal which can send around 2000 to 3000 mail to our customers without ipaddress blocking.
