As an Executive Secretary for 10 years, I have mastered the art of organization and being thorough in every task presented with. I take quite a bit of pride in my work and know that reflects on my professionalism. I have an Excellent command of English Language (Native Language) and Grammar; very proficient in MS Office Suite Programs and possess a typing speed of 70 -80 wpm. I am detailed oriented therefore very confident in data entry and directives given. My voice is professional given my the last 5yrs of Call Center/Customer Service experience. I am a quick learner and not afraid to ask pertinent questions to do the job. I have also gained additional experience working as a virtual assistant within the past 2 years: *Google Apps (Docs, Calendar, Gmail, Picnik, Picasa) *Joomla (Product Uploads) *Express Scribe (Transcription Software) *Constant Contact (Creating Newsletters for Mass Email) *Sales Force - CRM (Documenting emails & voice messages for return). What do you like most about your job?
A.
I love the freedom of having to get up in the morning and know that work is just a few steps away. It great knowing that I can fulfill my duties as a Contractor to my Client without the pressure of being looked over constantly. Love the independence of working in the comfort of my home office.

A.
I am currently trying to learn help desk applications to add that to my list of applications. Also dabbling a bit more into SEO.

Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A.
I create a system for each Contract, give a time frame and never take on more than I can handle. I want to give personalized and dedicated service to each client.

How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A.
I decided that I love working from home as it saved money on commuting. It is a quiet environment and I have more control over my schedule.
