I have approximately 5 years of experience. Since graduating I have undertaken a wide variety of roles that have helped me gain and build up a large skill base. I started my career as a web designer. I designed a couple of websites using HTML, CSS, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc. and was recognised for the same. Later on I worked with national and international BPO firms where I was required to deal with each technical query in a quick and professional manner. I got great exposure here while dealing with European and American Customers. Some of my resposibilities as a SME included ad-hoc testing, logging defects & enhancements, crash log analysis, posting solutions for product knowledgebase etc. I have also worked as a Lead generator for few months and I was very good at my work. I am looking for an opportunity where I can utilize my technical skills delivering quality work.
