With over 13 years of experience as a full time data / order entry and customer services clerk I would be very pleased to offer my services to any company or individual who requires them. I have excellent skills in all areas of customer service; phone-work and writing emails and letters. I have a lot of experience in the interpretation and analysis of data. And am very adept at web-searching. I pride myself on my reliability, speed, accuracy and ability to adapt to new challenges. I have also had a number of articles and essays published in books and paper journals.
